Process Optimization for Work and Studies
Ideology
For decades, people have used operant conditioning to shape behavior by reinforcing desired behaviors and reducing unwanted ones. This concept naturally applies to work, where rewards and consequences can help strengthen productive work habits while minimizing distractions and ineffective behaviors. My system is built around this principle, combined with evidence-based learning strategies, habit formation, and intentional reward systems, to encourage greater consistency, stronger focus, and ultimately better life outcomes.

Key Pattern:
Stimulus → Behavior/Response → Reinforcement or Punishment → Future Behavior Changes
❋ Positive ReinforcementAdd something desirable to increase the behavior
Do Goal → Reward
❋ Positive Punishment
Add something unpleasant to decrease a behavior.
Skip X session → add an punishment [extra task / action]
❋ Negative Reinforcement
Remove something unpleasant to increase a behavior.
Finish Session → lose negative thing [a restriction or annoying task]
❋ Negative Punishment
Remove something desirable to decrease a behavior.
Get distracted [on your phone] → lose positive thing [like social media time]
